Sondra Smock has joined the sales team at Weichert Realtors - The Genesis Group in Norcross as a Realtor. Smock is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metropolitan Association of Realtors. The Brand Banking Company in Lawrenceville has added two new members, Ben Post and Mark Wienbarg, to its Brand Mortgage Group. Post has experience at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange and graduated from the University of Georgia. Wienbarg is a graduate of the Xinnix Mortgage Academy. Conducting Business Homestead Bank, located at 1380 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Suwanee, announced it has completed its conversion to Security Bank of Gwinnett County. The Security Bank Corporation is a Georgian banking company with 21 offices serving personal and business customers in Gwinnett, North Fulton, Cherokee, Middle Georgia and Coastal Georgia. RE/MAX of Georgia announced on Thursday they will be opening a new franchise in Duluth, RE/MAX Superior. Owners Karen Kim and David Hoon Lee will be joined by Jeff Orwick as the managing broker.
