DULUTH - She may have been born just a coal miner's daughter in West Virginia, but for the last four decades, Loretta Lynn has been known as the Queen of Country Music. The Arena at Gwinnett Center just announced the country legend will be coming to Duluth in April.
Lynn's latest album, 2004's "Van Lear Rose," was produced by rocker Jack White of The White Stripes. The Lynn concert will start at 7:30 p.m. April 21. Tickets range from $32 to $52, and go on sale today. For a slightly different crowd, the arena also recently announced that rap-master Busta Rhymes will headline The Bay to the A Megafest tour, scheduled to hit the arena April 8. The tour also features rapper E40. The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. and tickets range from $57.50 to $97.50.More like this story
