NORCROSS - Three men arrested during a drug raid in Norcross were indicted Wednesday.
The indictment bill, released Thursday, charges Jesus Ivan Chavez-Gomez, 20, of Norcross Mario Alberto Degollado, 24, of Lilburn and Carlos Manuel Rosales-Martinez, 33, of San Antonio, Texas, with various felonies related to trafficking marijuana. Chavez-Gomez was indicted on charges of trafficking marijuana, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of cocaine and carrying a concealed weapon. Martinez's charges include conspiracy to commit a crime of trafficking marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon. Degollado was indicted on four charges, including conspiracy to commit a crime of trafficking marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon, Possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and giving a false name to an officer. The three were arrested at a "stash house" March 9 on Huddersfield Way near Beaver Ruin Road and Buford Highway. Norcross police found three assault rifles with loaded magazines and boxes of bullets in the the unoccupied home.More like this story
