Madgie P. Pendley, age 81, of Doraville, died June 1, 2007. A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, June 4, 2007 at North Atlanta Memorial Park, Doraville. Mrs. Pendley, a native of Fannin County, was a homemaker and a member of Buford Highway Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Geraldine S. Moss, beloved mother and grandmother, age 77, of Duluth, GA, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 31, 2007. Her love for her family sustained her during her extended illness and she was the heart of her family. Ade Edwards, age 20, of Lawrenceville, GA. died May 30, 2007 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Ade Abdu Akil Edwards was born in Port-Of-Spain, Trinidad on August 18, 1986. In 1989, He and his family moved from Trinidad to Queens, New York where he grew up. As the years past, Georgia became his home where he attended Sweetwater Middle School. During his high school years, he was a section leader of the Collins Hill High School Screamin' Eagles Marching Band and graduated in May, 2004. Ade attended Gwinnett Tech where he studied Automotive Engineering. He was blessed with the gift of being able to fix things and spent his spare time repairing and racing cars and skateboarding. On May 30, 2007, as his young life was taken away, we can't help but to ask "why". But it is not for us to wonder, but for us to celebrate a vibrant, young man who lived every moment to the fullest. He leaves to mourn his passing his mother, Josephine Lenora Phillip-Edwards; his father, Tony "Shaba"Edwards; his siblings, Akeemo Anthony Edwards and Keshaun Edwards; and his paternal grandparents, Albert and Alma Edwards; and his maternal grandparents, James Anthony and Melicia Beatrice Phillip; and many aunts, uncles, family and friends.
