Men followed home, robbed

DULUTH - Two men said they were followed and robbed Monday night outside their Duluth apartment complex.

According to a police report, the men were followed from a check-cashing business at Beaver Ruin Road and Indian Trail by two men in a green Ford Expedition to the Barrington Court Apartments on Club Drive.

Once at the apartments, two men with their faces covered - one brandishing a semi-automatic handgun - approached the men's vehicle and put the gun in one of the victim's mouths, demanding money.

The men took the victims' money and car keys and fled.

Two held up at trailer park

SNELLVILLE - Two people were robbed inside a mobile home park in Snellville on Monday night, a police report said.

A 18-year-old woman said she and a 19-year-old man were sitting in a vehicle at the Smokecreek mobile home park when three black men approached them, one asked if they had a cigarette lighter.

When the two said no, the men revealed black handguns and demanded the man get on the ground while they took both the victims' money and the woman's keys and then fled.

Thieves tie up man, rob safe of video-game shop

NORCROSS - A GameStop employee was tied up and left in a back room while two men robbed the store on Peachtree Parkway on Sunday.

According a police report, a black man entered the store about

6 p.m. and approached the 20-year-old employee with a gun and directed the man to the back of the store.

A second black man came in through a back door and helped the armed man tie up employee using duct tape and plastic ties. The men made the 20-year-old empty the safe and then left the man in a dark back room and fled the store.

The employee was able to free himself and call 911.
