A sport utility vehicle with an Arkansas tag had been involved in a wreck in Douglas County and headed west into Carroll County when it crossed the median and struck an eastbound car. The identities of the male driver of the SUV and the three victims in the car, reported to be from neighboring Haralson County, were not released immediately.
