DULUTH - Simon Property Group has appointed James "Nick" Nicolosi as manager of Gwinnett Place Mall.
Nicolosi has served as mall manager for Northlake Mall since 2004 and previously held the assistant mall manager position at SouthPark in Charlotte, N.C. In his new role, Nicolosi will oversee the day-to-day operations of Gwinnett Place Mall and manage all aspects of the center including budgeting, tenant relations, lease administration, security, operations, community involvement and marketing. Prior to joining Simon in 2003, Nicolosi worked in the mortgage and financial planning industry. His interest in real estate and background in real estate finance, coupled with exposure to his wife's career in commercial property management, led him to his position at SouthPark. He was promoted to mall manager for Atlanta's Northlake Mall, where he has spent the last two and a half years with Simon. Nicolosi holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He lives in Dunwoody with his wife, Mary, and 15-month-old daughter, Gabriella. Serving northeast metro Atlanta since 1984, Gwinnett Place Mall is anchored by four department stores including JCPenney, Parisian, Macy's and Sears. Shoppers also have over 220 specialty shops from which to choose. For a map and store listings, as well as directions, events and job listings, visit www.simon.com.More like this story
