LAWRENCEVILLE - Police have arrested another man linked to an alleged high-end call-girl ring in Gwinnett, and another arrest warrant is pending.
This time the charges are felony conspiracy to possess cocaine, the same charge pending against the two Gwinnett women accused of high-end prostitution. Charles Edwin Hill, 38, of Lawrenceville was arrested Friday night and taken into custody without incident, said Gwinnett County police spokesman Cpl. Darren Moloney. As of Saturday, Hill was still being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center with no bond listed on the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department Web site. An arrest warrant is pending against Mecoa Naketia Allen, 28, of Locust Grove, who as of Saturday was not in custody. Moloney said Saturday that the warrant had been turned over to the Sheriff's Department. Moloney said Hill has no prior arrest history in Gwinnett, but Allen's previous arrest record in Gwinnett ranges from traffic offenses to felony drug charges. Two other Atlanta-area men have been charged with pandering, a misdemeanor, in relation to the case. Daniel Luigi Marfione, 32, of Atlanta and Alexander William "Billy" Rider, 56, of Kennesaw, who police believe were two of Probert's johns, turned themselves in on Thursday and Friday respectively. Both men bonded out the same day they surrendered to deputies at the detention center. All charges are connected to the recent arrests of Lisa Ann Taylor, 42, of Duluth, and Nicole A. Probert, 30, of Lawrenceville, who are charged with violations of Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act, prostitution and keeping a place of prostitution in addition to conspiracy to possess cocaine. Both women, who authorities say have worked together at times, are believed to have engaged in acts of prostitution in exchange for fees ranging up to $10,000 both in Gwinnett and other areas, said District Attorney Danny Porter. Taylor, a former Penthouse Pet who moonlights as Melissa Wolf and has recently been billed as the "Mansion Madam," resides in a home worth a little more than $1 million in Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth. Probert, also known as Brigit Foxxx and Naughty Nikki, resides in a home in the Edgewater Subdivision in Lawrenceville. The acts are believed to have occurred in venues including their own homes and in hotel rooms across the area.More like this story
