Second man surrenders to deputies

LAWRENCEVILLE - The second man accused of being a customer of an alleged high-end Lawrenceville call girl surrendered to Gwinnett County deputies Friday afternoon.

Alexander William "Billy" Rider, 56, of Kennesaw, turned himself over to deputies at the Gwinnett County Detention Center and was booked in about 4:15p.m.

Rider, who is charged with pandering, a misdemeanor, was released on a $3,400 bond the same day.

Another alleged john, Daniel Luigi Marfione, 32, of Atlanta, turned himself in the day before. He is also charged with pandering and is free on bond.

District Attorney Danny Porter said authorities have in their possession calendars and date books that might contain names of other johns who have paid for services, and other arrests related to the alleged call-girl ring are pending.

Those arrests could include other alleged call girls, Porter said.

Both men are believed to have solicited 30-year-old Nicole A. Probert to perform sexual acts at her home in exchange for money, according to their arrest warrants.

Probert, of 435 Silverthorne Point in Lawrenceville, also known as Naughty Nikki and Brigit Foxxx, was arrested last week and charged with racketeering, prostitution, keeping a place of prostitution and conspiracy to possess cocaine.

Charged with the same crimes is Lisa Ann Taylor, 42, of Duluth, a former Penthouse Pet who moonlights as Melissa Wolf.

Both women are believed to have been partners at times in the high-end prostitution ring, allegedly engaging in acts of prostitution for fees ranging up to $10,000, Porter said.

Taylor's history as a celebrity in the adult entertainment business is detailed on her Web site, but Probert is online as well.

Her site includes a collection of photos and a caption that reads "Come out and play with me!!!" An e-mail address and a phone number are also listed on the site.

But David Fuller, who said he has been Probert's business attorney and personal friend for a number of years, said what Probert is accused of "is not who she is."

Fuller described Probert as a wonderful person who is a good mother and professional real estate broker and developer.

Probert has not returned phone calls since her arrest.

As for Taylor, she is scheduled to appear at two adult clubs in Windsor, Ontario, and Detroit later next week.

Taylor is being promoted as the "Mansion Madam" on one club's Web site and spent part of her early career as a dancer at the establishment, Cheetah's of Windsor.

Porter said the trip is not a violation of Taylor's bond.
