Mr. Jack Dougherty, age 76, of Hoschton, GA, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2007. He is survived by his: Wife of 56 years: Mrs. Kate Dougherty, Hoschton, GA; Daughter and Son-in-Law: Kathy and Fred Wolford, Hoschton, GA; Sons and Daughters-in-Law: Michael and Cheryl Dougherty, Canton, GA, Dennis Dougherty, Blairsville, GA, John and Geri Dougherty, Lawrenceville, GA; 9 Grandchildren; Sisters and Brother-in-Law: Peggy Quigley, Crofton, MD, Barbara Brown, Hinella, NJ, Pat and Bruce Dahlberg, Mount Laurel, NJ; Brother and Sister-in-Law: Jim and Betty Dougherty, Voorhees, NJ; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mr. Dougherty was born October 14, 1930 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a retired manager of a manufacturer for over 40 years. He handcrafted toys for needy children at Christmas. He was president of the Little League in Woodbury, NJ. He was very active in St. Margaret Catholic Church in Woodbury, NJ where he taught religion classes and was also an usher. He was a dedicated supporter of the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. He was a member of the Prince Of Peace Catholic Church, Flowery Branch, GA. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 2, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Prince Of Peace Catholic Church with Father Fred Wendel serving as the Celebrant. Interment will be in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements by Junior E.
