Fisher - Trammell

Dr. and Mrs. James A. Fisher of Dacula announce the engagement of their daughter, Alice Jeanne Fisher of Lawrenceville, to Jeramy Jacob Trammell of Winder, son of Donald Rubin Trammell Jr. of Winder and Pamela Denise O'Hagan of Cape Canaveral, Fla.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charles and Mary King of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn., and Betty Fisher and the late Kenneth Fisher of Fredericksburg, Va. She is a graduate of Dacula High School. She is a graduate of Piedmont College, where she received a bachelor's degree in education. She is a graduate of Shorter College, where she received a master's degree in leadership. She is employed at Freeman's Mill Elementary School as a third-grade teacher.

The future groom is the grandson of O.J. Densmore of Cape Canaveral, Fla., Mary Densmore of Lawrenceville and Donald Trammell Sr. and the late Frances Trammell of Alpharetta. He is a graduate of Lumpkin County High School and attended Lanier Technical College. He is employed by Peachtree Service Experts as a HVAC technician.

The wedding is planned for March 31 at the First Baptist Church in Winder.

Sweigart - Foss

Mr. and Mrs. J. Michael Sweigart of Duluth announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Michelle Sweigart of Duluth, to Nicholas Wade Foss of Suwanee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Foss of Snellville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ruth S. Lambert and the late Paul H. Lambert of Duluth and Nick A. Sweigart and the late Connie J. Sweigart of Crown Point, Ind. She is a 2002 graduate of Duluth High School. She is attending Brenau University, where she is pursuing a master's degree in occupational therapy.

The future groom is the grandson of the late E.W. and Lucille Smoot and Darell and Mabel Foss of Camdenton, Mo. He is a 1998 graduate of South Gwinnett High School. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance. He is employed as a commercial lines underwriter with Auto-Owners Insurance Co. in Duluth.

The wedding is planned for July at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church in Norcross.

Sedgley - Parker

Jody Sedgley of Melbourne, Fla. and David Sedgley of Melbourne, Fla. announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily T. Sedgley of Valdosta, to Zach R. Parker of Valdosta, son of Rusty and Charlotte Parker of Valdosta.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Barbara Bublitz of Satellite Beach, Fla. She is a graduate of Central Gwinnett High School. She is attending Valdosta State University, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in integrated studies.

The future groom is the grandson of Jake and Dorothy Parker of Valdosta, Judy Williams of Valdosta and Darrell and Brenda Plyler of Jefferson, S.C. He is a graduate of Lowndes High School in Valdosta. He is attending Valdosta State University, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in public relations.

The wedding is planned for May 28 in Cocoa Beach, Fla.

Batchelor - Lonergan

Mr. and Mrs. David Batchelor of Lilburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Jean Batchelor of Lilburn, to Timothy Carlton Lonergan of Dallas, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Lonergan of Dallas and Deborah Lonergan of Farmersville, Texas.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lorell Anderson of Duluth and Mr. and Mrs. F. Stinson Batchelor of Stone Mountain. She is attending Vanderbilt University, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics and secondary education.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Lonergan of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Dr. and Mrs. Carlton Apgar of Huntington, W. Va. He is attending Vanderbilt University, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology.

The wedding is planned for July at Mountain Park United Methodist Church.
