LAWRENCEVILLE - A 32-year-old man was indicted this week by a Gwinnett County Grand Jury on six counts of sexual misconduct against a child.
Fragoso Victor Garduno is charged with one count of aggravated child molestation and five counts of child molestation.
Garduno, indicted Wednesday, allegedly preformed sexual acts on a young girl under the age of 16 multiple times between Dec. 1, 2005, and Sept. 30, 2006. According to the indictment, the exact dates are unknown.
The indictment alleges Garduno preformed sexual acts on the girl, touching her inappropriately on multiple occasions and masturbating in front of the child.
Garduno remained at the Gwinnett County Detention Center Friday with no bond.
A second man was also indicted Wednesday on charges of sexual misconduct against a child.
Jose Gonzales is charged with two counts of child molestation.
The indictment alleges Gonzales touched a girl, who was under the age of 16, in inappropriate places and showed the child pictures of women in lingerie "with the intent to arouse and satisfy the sexual desires of the child."
According to the bill, the incident occurred Aug. 2, 2006.
As of Friday Gonzales was not listed as an inmate at the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
Both men's cases have been assigned to Gwinnett County judges.
