LAWRENCEVILLE - A Gwinnett County grand jury this week indicted a man on four counts of sexual misconduct against a child.

Romualdo Bahena is charged with one count of aggravated child molestation, two counts of aggravated sodomy and a single count of sexual battery.

Romualdo, who was indicted Wednesday, is accused of engaging in sexual acts with a young girl on June 24 and 25. In the bill of indictment, the victim is referred to as being under the age of 16 three times, and under the age of 10 once.

The indictment alleges that Romualdo penetrated the victim against her will multiple times.

Information about Romualdo's bond was not available.

As of Thursday, he was not listed as an inmate at the Gwinnett County Detention Center.

Also indicted this week was Fortino Arreola-Miranda, who is charged with two counts of child molestation.

According to the bill of indictment, Arreola-Miranda on Sept. 8 fondled the private parts and kissed the legs of a girl under the age of 16.
