Mrs. Martha (Betty) Garrett Jarrard, age 76 of Buford, GA passed away on February 6, 2007. Surviving are: Husband of 13 years: Junior Jarrard, Buford, GA; Sons and Daughters-in-Law: Dennis and Mary Turner, Pensacola, FL; Wayne and Misty Piper, Suwanee, GA; Daughter: Donna Porter, Dahlonega, GA; Four Grandchildren: Claire Turner, Evan Turner, Chloe Piper, Kim Moses; One Great Grandson: Garrett Turner; Sister and Brother-in-Law: Jane and Willie Norris, Oneonta, AL; Mrs. Jarrard was born on November 10, 1930 in Calhoun County, AL. She was a homemaker and also worked for Sears Roebuck Company in Atlanta in the Catalog Division. She was a member of the Buford Church of God. Funeral service will be on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Edward Davenport officiating. Interment in Georgia Memorial Park, Marietta, GA with graveside service at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Arrangements by: Junior E.
