Jahid Akeem Doyle, 25, entered the Circle K gas station on Pleasant Hill Road and allegedly attempted to steal a gas can, saying he ran out of gas, according to a police report.
A clerk called police when Doyle reportedly became destructive and caused a drink and candy display to fall over.
