NORCROSS - Four men were arrested Wednesday for allegedly soliciting an undercover Gwinnett County police officer for sex.
Although police said incident reports and details surrounding the arrests could not be released due to the nature of the case, arrest warrants state the incidents began about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at a location on Jimmy Carter Boulevard near Norcross.
According to a warrant affidavit, Daniel Thomas Bergman, 43, of Lilburn was first to make the illegal request. The warrant states Bergman offered $60 in exchange for sex.
Thomas, reportedly an employee an environmental engineering company, was charged with pandering and remains at the Gwinnett County Jail with a $1,200 bond, according to jail records.
About 45 minutes later Abdul Wali Naseri, 37, and 19-year-old Ahmad Wahid Frozan allegedly solicited the investigator to perform sex acts for $25.
Both men list similar Decatur addresses on Valley Brook Place, according to jail records.
The pair bonded out of the Gwinnett County Jail Thursday, jail records show.
Robert Ell Sanders of Norcross is the final of the four who faces pandering charges. The 36-year-old allegedly offered the undercover officer $50 for sexual intercourse while at the same Jimmy Carter Boulevard location. Jail records indicate Sanders is a Fulton County employee.
Sanders remains in jail with a $1,200 bond.
