LOGANVILLE - GoodCents, a Loganville company that provides marketing and field services for electric utility energy efficiency and peak load management programs, has been acquired by a fund managed by GFI Energy Ventures.
GFI Energy Ventures, a private equity firm that has initiated and led more than 60 investments in the energy and utility sector during the past 12 years, has financial and sector resources that can be used to support internal company growth, operating capability and acquisitions, said Brad Forth of GFI Energy Ventures. Lynn England, GoodCents' chief executive officer, said the partnership will benefit customers throughout the United States and Canada.
