WINDER - A Winder man was arrested Aug. 2 and faces 10 child molestation related charges.
Alejandro Salinas Tovar, 34, is charged with two counts each of sodomy and child molestation, three counts of cruelty to children and three counts of sexual battery. Winder police arrested Tovar after two girls, one age 12, told police that Tovar had touched them improperly. The girls told police the abuse had been going on for about three years. Tovar remains in the Barrow County jail under $20,000 bond.More like this story
