NORCROSS - Gwinnett County school police are investigating an incident reported Sept. 18 in which a sixth-grade boy at Pinckneyville Middle School reportedly exposed himself in class and inappropriately touched a female student.
The girl, who is also in sixth grade, told police "a male student ... exposed his penis to her in class and grabbed her buttocks, vagina and breasts," the police report states. Jorge Quintana, a Gwinnett County Public Schools spokesman, said the girl was clothed. "Appropriate disciplinary action has been taken" against the boy, Quintana said. Quintana said he could not say what the disciplinary action was or discuss details about the case. "I'm not really allowed to say," he said. "Usually, a student is removed from school pending a formal hearing."More like this story
