Randolph (Randy) Beasley, age 79, of McDonough, GA died Wednesday, September 13, 2006. He was born in Swainsboro, GA to the late Roy and Sally Tucker Beasley. Mr. Beasley was also preceded in death by a sister and four brothers. He served with the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Flippen United Methodist Church. Mr. Beasley had a love for flowers, fishing, football and baseball. Most important to him was his family. Mr. Beasley is survived by his wife, Carole Reagan Beasley, McDonough, GA; daughters, Lisa (David) Stewart, Dacula, GA, Lori (Steve) Burke, Cumming, GA; sons, Glenn (Denise) Worley, Forest Park, GA, Doug (Terri) Worley, Sharpsburg, GA, Patrick (Tasha) Lane, Cartersville, GA; 14 grandchildren, Chris, Kaitlyn, Cory, Austin, Brandon, Christopher, Christi, Josh, Cody, Charley, D.J., Emily, Jack, Elise; 2 great-grandchildren, Tiree and Aaralyn; brothers, Wallace (Dink) Beasley, Claxton, GA, Harold (Edna) Beasley, Claxton, GA, Doug (Shelby) Beasley, Augusta, GA, Al (Jackie) Beasley, Statesboro, GA; and sister, Myrtle (Hugh) Coulter, Savannah, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at Flippen United Methodist Church with Dr. Robert Brown, Hershel Childs, and Rev. Patrick Lane officiating. Mrs. Sandra Vinson Bright, 59, certified public accountant and former resident of Columbia, Tennessee died Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at her residence in Norcross, Georgia. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols in Columbia, Tennessee. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. A native of Sheffield, Alabama, she lived most of her childhood in Columbia. She was a 1965 graduate of Columbia Central High School and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. For several years she served as Financial Officer for Austin Peay University in Clarksville, Tennessee. While serving in this position, she earned a Master's Degree in Accounting. She moved to Norcross, Georgia and established a business as a Certified Public Accountant which she operated over twenty years. Mrs. Bright was a member of Norcross First Baptist Church. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Steven Vinson and Cathryn Bright of Alpharetta, Georgia; her mother, Florence Kennamore Vinson of Columbia, Tennessee; her brother, Carl Vinson of Racine, Wisconsin; nephews, Eric Vinson and Kenneth Vinson of Racine, Wisconsin; and a cousin, Katherine Nettles Dorman of Stockbridge, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, Alex Hughes Vinson, Jr. and her sister, Joy Elizabeth Vinson.
