Okla H. Boles, Jr., 82, of Duluth, died September 11, 2006. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, September 14, 2006 at The Duluth First Baptist Church with Rev. Ty Blackburn and Dr. David Parker officiating, burial will be in the Duluth Cemetery. Mr. Boles, a native of Duluth, was a US Army Veteran of WWII and a member of The Duluth First Baptist Church since childhood. He retired from General Motors, Doraville as a supervisor in the paint and finish division after 33 years of service. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Janie Boles, Duluth; Daughters and sons in law, Vicki and Wayne Casalou, Duluth, Toni and David Tuggle, Chickamauga, Patti and Rev. Ty Blackburn, Duluth; Sons and daughters in law, Tim and Cindy Boles, Griffin, Chip and Erica Boles, Winder; Nine Grandchildren; Two Great Grandchildren; Sisters and Brothers in law, Doris Warbington, Norcross, Patricia and Dick Roberts, Suwanee.
