n Arnold Road at U.S. Highway 29 will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to

4 p.m. through October for road widening and alignment

improvements.

•Bethany Church Road between Waters Way and 1000 feet east of Spring Ridge Circle will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through May for road widening and improvements.

•Bunten Road at Whippoorwill Circle will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. and

4 p.m. daily through September for safety and alignment

improvements.

•Button Gwinnett Drive at Crescent Drive closed Aug. 1 for about a month for construction of new roadway alignment. The Button Gwinnett detour will be Button Gwinnett to Pleasantdale Road to Best Friend Road to Button Gwinnett and the reverse. The Crescent Drive detour will be Crescent Drive to Nancy Hanks to Best Friend Road to Button Gwinnett and the reverse. It will also require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through October for roadway improvements to include intersection alignment.

•Centerville Rosebud Road at Zoar Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to

4 p.m. daily through September for safety improvements to the intersection.

•Financial Center Way at U.S. Highway 20 is closed through December for road realignments in conjunction with a development project. For more information, contact Bowen Construction at 678-546-5141.

•Ga. Highway 120 at Albion Farms will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to

4 p.m. daily through March for roadway improvements.

•Ga. Highway 324 from Ga. Highway 20 to Interstate 85 will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through August 2008 for widening, safety improvements and installation of curbs, gutters and sidewalks.

•Ga. Highway 20 from Cooper/Ozora roads to Plantation Boulevard may require intermittent lane closures through August 2008 for road widening. For more information, contact the Georgia Department of Transportation at 770-718-3924.

•Harbins Road at Dickens Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through November for intersection improvements.

•Harbins Road at Williams Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through October for intersection improvements.

•Harbins Road at U.S. Highway 29 will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to

4 p.m. daily through October for intersection improvements.

•Herring Road at U.S. Highway 20 will close Tuesday through Sept. 19 for installation of a water main. The detour will be Brannon Road to New Hope Road to Ga. Highway 20. For more information, call the Department of Water Resources at 678-376-6758.

•Highpoint Road at U.S. Highway 78, about 2,000 feet north of the intersection, closed Aug. 1 for about three months for road improvements. •Howell Ferry Road between Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Pleasant Hill Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through November for roadway widening and improvements.

•Hurricane Shoals between Old Norcross Road and Pike Street will be closed until Monday at noon to replace railroad tracks and for repaving. The detour will be from Hurricane Shoals Road to West Pike Street to Old Norcross Road and the reverse.

•Jones Bridge Circle one tenth of a mile north of the intersection of Revington Drive and Jones Bridge Circle closed

Aug. 21 for drainage improvements for about three weeks. The detour is Jones Bridge Circle to Fitzpatrick Way. For more information, contact the Department of Water Resources at 678-

•Lake Lucerne Road between Five Forks Trickum Road and U.S. Highway 78 will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through September for safety improvement including curb, gutter and sidewalk construction.

•Lenora Church Road at Centerville Rosebud Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through April for intersection reconstruction.

•Lenora Road has been closed permanently at the bridge on either side for approximately a half mile.

•Maranatha Trail at U.S. Highway 20 will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for about two weeks beginning Monday for the installation of a drainage pipe. For more information, call the Georgia Department of Transportation at 770-718-3924.

•Medlock Bridge Road from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard to Peachtree Parkway (Ga. Highway 141) will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through September for widening and construction of curb, gutter and sidewalk.

•North Berkeley Lake Road from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard to 400 feet east of Buford Highway will require intermittent lane closures through August 2007 for roadway widening and improvements and installation of a bridge over Norfolk Southern Railway lines.

•Old Peachtree Road from 400 feet south of Buford Highway to 300 feet north of Bunten Road, will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through June for roadway

widening.

•Old Peachtree Road from Meadow Church Road to Berkshire Eve Drive will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through October for roadway improvements.

•Ozora Road at Camp Mitchell Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through September for school safety improvements to include installation of left turn lanes, traffic signal and sidewalk.

•Peachtree Industrial Boulevard between Holcomb Bridge Road and Rogers Bridge Road will require intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through October 2007 for traffic signal system upgrades.
