Ex-girlfriend charged with

disorderly conduct

•NORCROSS - A New Orleans woman was arrested Thursday for allegedly driving to her ex-boyfriend's office in Norcross and starting an argument with him in public.

The ex-boyfriend told police that Celia Alicia Maison, 29, went to his workplace at Unisource at 6600 Governor's Lake Parkway at 4:30 p.m. and confronted him. Maison demanded a key to his apartment. When he refused to give her one, she reportedly began screaming curses at him.

Maison had brought along her 7-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter despite having been drinking prior to the argument, the police report stated. When questioned by police, Maison admitted drinking a beer as she waited for her ex-boyfriend to arrive at work.

She was visibly intoxicated, the police report stated. Maison was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Copper wiring stolen from 14

new homes

•NORCROSS - Someone on Tuesday stole copper wiring from homes under construction in West Chase Commons subdivision.

Copper wiring was missing from 14 homes when the builder arrived at the site at 9 a.m., according to a police report. The houses were all in the framing stage of construction.

The wiring taken from each house was worth about $600, the police report stated.
