Mattie Mae Herrington, age 93 of Lawrenceville, died Tuesday, October 24, 2006. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 26, 2006 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Hoyt Huff, Jr. & Rev. Katie Hays will officiate. Burial Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville. A native of Gwinnett County, a seamstress, a member of First Christian Church of Lawrenceville for 69 years, a member of the retired Widows Club of 15 years, Wildwood Garden Club for 34 years, and Eastern Star for 55 years, Mrs. Herrington was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Herrington in 1985. She is survived by: Children: Larry W. Herrington, Commerce, James Robert “Bobby” Herrington, Fountain Inn, SC, Carl Morris Herrington, Hartwell, GA; 7 Grandchildren, and 9 Great Grandchildren.
