Gwinnett Daily Post
As the weather cools off, heat up your kitchen with ideas from the Taste of Home Cooking School. The workshop will be held at 7 p.m. today at the Gwinnett Center in Duluth.
The cooking school features cooking demonstrations from culinary specialist Michelle Roberts. She'll offer a variety of recipes and ideas. Before the cooking show begins at 7 p.m., vendors will display their products starting at 4 p.m. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the event, which is sponsored by the Gwinnett Daily Post. Each person who attends the cooking school will receive a gift bag that contains recipes, coupons and product samples. This year, cooks attending the cooking school should also bring their own recipes to the event. Taste of Home is sponsoring a dessert recipe contest. Recipes can be submitted at the event or online at www.tasteofhome.com/contest. The rules of the competition are also listed on the Web site.More like this story
