Mrs. Bonnie Ramey Waycaster, age 76, of Buford, GA passed away on October 12, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Waycaster, and son, Travis Waycaster. Mrs. Waycaster was born on January 30, 1929 in Gwinnett County, GA. She was a homemaker. She was of the Church of God faith. A native of Fannin County, Mr. Chastain had lived in Cumming for the past 3 years after living in Lawrenceville for 35 years. He was retired as a land surveyor working for Hayes, James and Associates for 29 years. Mr. Chastain was a member and deacon at Ridgeview Baptist Church, was formerly a member of St. Sinai Baptist Church in Lawrenceville where he served as a deacon for 20 years. Survivors include Wife of 48 yrs, Elizabeth Chastain, Cumming; Daughter, Sharon Chastain, Oakwood; Sons and Daughters In Law, Max and Maureen Chastain, Buford, Mike and Charlotte Chastain, Mineral Bluff; Grandchildren, Clayton and Claire Chastain, Christy Loveless, Chad Fisher; Great Grandchildren, Destynee Loveless, Conner Fisher; Sister, Betty Rickett, Cumming; Brother, Grady Chastain, Cumming; Nieces, Nephews and other relatives also survive. Mrs. Frix is survived by her husband of 58 years, James Erman Frix; son, Hullon and Debbie Frix of Flowery Branch; Son, Wayne Frix of Buford, Georgia; special daughters-in-law, Dianne M. Frix and Wanda Bragg; sister, Mary and James Ballew, Buford; brothers, James and Rosemary Patterson, Buford, Georgia, and Jerry and Joann Patterson, Buford, Georgia; grandchildren, Tracy Frix Brogdon, Brandy Frix Hutchins, Jamie Frix Cofer, and Tabitha Frix all of Buford, and great grandchildren, Brett Hutchins, Jake Brogdon, Blake Hutchins, and Madison Grace Cofer. Mrs. Frix was born on October 23, 1931 to Homer and Minnie Patterson, Sr. Mrs. Frix was a loving and devoted wife, mother, homemaker, caregiver and avid gardner. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Sugar Hill. Mrs. Frix enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
