On November 30, 2006(date) at the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, 1400 Killian Hill Road, Lilburn, Georgia, 30047(location), the Georgia Department of Transportation will hold a Public Information Open House concerning Project BRMLB-9317(5), Gwinnett County.

Project BRMLB-9317(5), Gwinnett County is a proposal to replace the existing functionally obsolete bridge located on Killian Hill Road over the Yellow River in Gwinnett County.

The purpose of this Open House is to provide the public with an opportunity to view the proposed project, ask questions, and comment on the proposal.

The Open House will be conducted between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The Open House will be informal and the public is invited to attend anytime during these hours. There will be no formal presentation.

Written statements will be accepted concerning this project until December 15, 2006.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 18th day of December, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. , in Conference Room A, 2nd Floor, Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045, the Development Authority of Gwinnett County (the "Issuer") will hold a public hearing with respect to the issuance by the Issuer of approximately $4,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its revenue bonds (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which are to be used to finance, in whole or in part, the cost of the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of a manufacturing facility (the "Project"), for the benefit of Alexus Enterprises, Inc., a Georgia corporation (the "Company").
