Two men robbed by threesome

•NORCROSS - Two Norcross men were robbed Saturday as they parked and exited a vehicle in the parking lot the Huntington Village Apartments in Norcross.

The victims were approached by three men, one carrying a black semiautomatic handgun, according to a police report.

The suspects demanded the men's money and fled the scene with nearly $300, a cell phone and a piece of jewelry valued at $200.

Store robber caught on tape

•NORCROSS - A man was seen on video surveillance robbing a Norcross Dollar Galore store Saturday.

The suspect, described as a black man, entered the front door of the store around 7:30 p.m. demanding the clerk empty the cash register.

According to a police report, the suspect was armed with a silver and black gun, which he waved around as he demanded large bills.

The man took the money, along with a handful of credit card receipts containing the last four digits of customers' credit card numbers, the report said.

The store employee said the armed man was wearing a black skull cap, a black shirt, pants and gloves. She said a second suspect, who guarded the door, wearing a blue skull cap and blue clothing.

•NORCROSS - A Norcross man was robbed Friday as he was walking to the entrance of his Huntington Village apartment.

According to a police report a suspect, described as a thin, black woman, asked the victim for $2 as a white Jeep Cherokee pulled in and revealed two men, one armed with gun.

One of the men exited the car and pushed his weapon into the victim's ribs, demanding his wallet. The trio fled after grabbing the man's wallet, which contained his Bank of America credit card and around $1,000.

The victim said he was soon traveling to Mexico and that is why he was carrying so much cash.
