James F. Upchurch, age 92 of Hoschton, died Monday, November 13, 2006. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 15, 2006 in the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Doug Porter and Rev. Todd Upchurch will officiate. Burial Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville. A life long resident in the Rosebud Community, a member of Lenora Baptist Church and a WWII Navy Veteran, Mr. Upchurch was retired from General Motors, Lakewood Plant, Fisher Body Division and was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Bailey Upchurch; son, Jimmy Upchurch; son-in-law, Rev. Ed Holcombe & several brothers. He is survived by: Children: Adel Holcombe, Dillard; Shirley & Manfred Loewen, Hoschton; Ron & Carol Upchurch, Tiger; Brothers: Cramer “Ed” Upchurch, Riverdale; Billy Upchurch, Snellville; Sister: Barbara Parker, Douglasville; 11 Grandchildren, and 27 Great Grandchildren. Flowers accepted or memorials to your favorite charity.
