Jaime Elizabeth Carreker and Ryan Patrick Leone were married on Sept. 23 at The Vines in Loganville. The Rev. Dr. Michael Carreker, the bride's uncle, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of J. William and Karen Carreker of Lawrenceville. She is a 1997 graduate of Brookwood High School. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern and Perimeter College, where she received a bachelor's degree in business management. She is employed by Steve Madden Corp. as a manager.
The groom is the son of David A. and Gena Leone of Lilburn. He is a 1997 graduate of Parkview High School. He is attending Georgia Perimeter College. He is employed by Olympus Medical Camera Division. He is a sergeant in the Army.
Jodi Leanne Carreker of Lawrenceville, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Sarah Leone and Emma Leone of Lilburn, sisters of the groom, Stephanie Stubbs of Locust Grove and Amanda Stamps of Macon.
David A. Leone of Lilburn, father of the groom, served as the groom's best man.
Groomsmen were Michael Leone of Lilburn, brother of the groom, Brian Galloway of Cumming, Nick Litsas of Grayson and Greg Norton of Smyrna.
After a honeymoon in Mazatlan, Mexico, the couple now resides in Sugar Hill.
Sorensen - Roland
Kristy Lynn Sorensen and Dennis Fairlon Roland Jr. were married on May 20 at the New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville. The Rev. Hugh Kirby officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Sorensen of Peachtree City. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She is employed by Arbonne International as an independent consultant.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Roland Sr. of Hammond, La. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in sociology. He is a football player with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Michelle Thompson of Lakeland, Tenn. and April Oldham of Germantown, Tenn., sisters of the bride, served as the bride's matrons of honor.

After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple now resides in Tampa, Fla.
Pat and Don Frost of Suwanee celebrated their 40th anniversary. They were married in Cassadaga, New York on Oct. 22, 1966. They celebrated their anniversary with a cruise to the Bahamas.
They have two sons, Darren and Derek, and eight grandchildren: Skyler, Remy, Berkeley, Demi, Drew, Taylor, Nadine and Morgane. The Frosts have lived in Gwinnett County for 36 years and attend Level Creek United Methodist Church.
