Armed man robs 3 roommates

•NORCROSS - Three Norcross residents were robbed Tuesday night when a man followed one of the residents into the home.

According to a Gwinnett County police report, two of the victims were at home when their third roommate entered the home followed by a man armed with a gun.

The female victim ran to hide in a bedroom closet while the suspect escorted the man through the home while demanding money.

The suspect found the female victim hiding in the closet and made her and her two male roommates assemble in the living room.

The man demanded money and threatened to kill the victims if they did not comply.

The suspect fled the apartment after receiving the victim's cell phones and cash.

The suspect was described by the victims as a black man with dread locks, wearing a hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans.

•LAWRENCEVILLE - A Lawrenceville woman was robbed when a man followed her home from work Wednesday morning.

The victim noticed she was being followed by a white truck when she turned from Davis Road on to Grayson Highway.

According to a police report, the driver of the truck followed her home and approached the woman when she emerged from her vehicle.

The man from the truck raised a gun and demanded the woman's purse.

When the victim began screaming the suspect fled in the truck, taking the victim's purse, credit cards and checkbook.
