April Elaine Goddard and Benjamin Robert Connell were married April 28 at Flint Hill Plantation in Norcross. Chaplain Jeremiah O'Keefe-West officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Goddard of Loganville and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Campbell of Stone Mountain. She is a 2000 graduate of Shiloh High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in business management. She is employed in the construction services department at PolyVision Corporation in Suwanee.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Connell of Valdosta and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bolkcom of Stockbridge. He is a 1998 graduate of Stockbridge High School and attended Clayton State College and University. He is employed in logistics with AAA Cooper Transportation in Norcross.
Shannon Caldwell of Lawrenceville served as the bride's matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Margaret Storm of Athens, Courtney Anderson of Athens and Whitney Pickle of Cumming.
Kevin Rutland of Ellenwood and Matt Connell of Dacula served as the groom's best men.
Austin Goddard of Snellville served as the groom's ring bearer.
Groomsmen were Jake Connell of Stockbridge and Phillip Goddard of Snellville.
After a trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple now resides in Sugar Hill.
Smith - Walton
Rebecca Motte Smith and Christopher Luke Walton were married June 25, 2005, at Cannon United Methodist Church in Snellville. The Rev. Dr. Terry Walton, the groom's father, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Pete and Carolyn Smith of Snellville. She is a 1999 graduate of Brookwood High School and a 2002 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is employed at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville as a registered nurse.
The groom is the son of Terry and Sharon Walton of Gainesville. He is a 1999 graduate of Brookwood High School and a 2003 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in marketing. He is employed as a senior customer relations manager in Pulte Homes.
Terilyn Renee Walton of Atlanta served as the bride's maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Ashley Faulkner Sullivan of Grayson and Rana Yasmin Khan of Raleigh, N.C.
Benjamin Keith Walton of Gaffney, S.C. served as the groom's best man.

After a cruise in the Caribbean, the couple now resides in Duluth.
