•SKA developers are carving out 154 single-family home lots on 27-acres on Plunketts Road next to the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center.

•Century 21 is building a new Norcross office on Beaver Ruin Road, about a quarter-mile from Indian Trail Road and just across from the Georgia Department of Labor.

• Menlo Creek apartment complex is being built at Satellite Boulevard and Beaver Ruin Road.

•Retail development is being built at Pinecrest and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

•A Mexican restaurant is nearly completed at the intersection of Scenic Highway and Webb Gin House Road. It is just waiting for its certificate of occupancy before opening later this month.

•A 16-acre shopping center, with several acres of land that includes the eventual path of the Sugarloaf Parkway extension is being built on Dacula Road behind Publix. A sign for Beef O'Brady's Family Sports Pub is already up. Other retailers might include an auto-service business.

•A 104-room hotel, retail space, office space and a driving range is being built on 24.5 acres at North Berkeley Lake Road and Buford

Highway.

•A five-story Homewood Suites hotel is being built on North Brown Road at Sugarloaf Parkway.

•Intellicenter-Atlanta, 158,000-square-foot offices, is being built at Sever Road between Old Peachtree and North Brown roads.

•Sugarloaf Promenade will include a retail development that fronts Sugarloaf Parkway and about 260 apartments for student housing at Ga. Highway 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway.

•A shopping center, including a 30,000-square-foot retail building and an 8,000-square-foot restaurant, is going in at Atkinson Road and Duluth Highway.

•D. Scott Hudgens Jr. Early Education Center is being built at Gwinnett Technical College by the George Busbee Center for Work Force Development.

•A mixed-use development composed of 161 townhomes on 20 acres and businesses on about 6 acres is going in on U.S. Highway 78 and Cooper Road.
