Billie (Patterson) Wood, our beloved mother and friend, died peacefully March 12, 2006 at the age of 75. She is survived by: sons, Charles, Sherman and Phillip; daughter, Natalie; her sister, June; and eleven grandchildren. She loved reading, politics, and real estate, and volunteered for many years at Northside Hospital. Caring and cooking for those around her who were unable to do so proved that there are Angels here on earth. Everyone who was blessed to meet her loved her dearly.
