Trice - Tanner

Doug and Jenny Trice of Loganville announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Trice, to Benjamin Tanner, son of Gary and Cheryl Juhan of Snellville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Betty and Paul Wallace of Stone Mountain and the late Hartie Lee and Cleo Trice of Thomaston. She is a 2001 graduate of Phoenix High School in Lawrenceville and is employed with the City of Loganville.

The future groom is the grandson of Byron and the late Jalaine Bayley of Doraville and Arlene and Paul Juhan of Stone Mountain. He is a 2000 graduate of South Gwinnett High School and is employed with Best Buy.

The wedding is planned for May 20 at the home of the bride's parents in Loganville.

Wessinger - Lee

Retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. and Mrs. Robert L. Wessinger, formerly of Carrollton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann Wessinger, to Brandon Burns Lee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randall N. Lee of Lilburn.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Davis of Carrollton. She will graduate in May from Georgia College and State University with a bachelor's degree in history. She will continue another year in the master's in teaching program.

The future groom will also graduate in May from Georgia College and State University with a bachelor's degree in management. While the bride-elect is completing her master's degree, the future groom will play on the pro tennis satellite tour in the United States.

The wedding is planned for the summer of 2007.

Conklin - Forrester

Mr. and Mrs. David Conklin of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Jane Conklin, to Matthew Wayne Forrester, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Forrester of Burlington, N.C.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Central Gwinnett High School. She was captain and MVP of the 2001 women's state basketball championship team. She is a 2005 graduate of Appalachian State University, where she finished four years of playing women's basketball. She graduated cum laude and received a biology pre-professional degree with minors in chemistry and marketing. She is working as an in-home health care provider and plans to attend medical school to become a physician's assistant.

The future groom is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. He is a sergeant in the Army Reserves and served 16 months in Iraq. He plans to attend the Army defensive language school in Monterey, Calif., and pursue a career in Homeland Security.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 28.

Brown - Bagley

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Edward Brown of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Ruth Brown, to Jeremy Michael Bagley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kim A. Bagley of Lilburn.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Carroll Thomas of Charlotte, N.C., and Grace Lee Brown and the late Paul Edward Brown of Winston-Salem, N.C. She is a 2000 graduate of Collins Hill High School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she received a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is employed as a third-grade teacher at Level Creek Elementary School.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Weldon Meaders of Lilburn, Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Byron Bagley of Buford and the late Jalaine Bagley of Buford. He is a 2000 graduate of Parkview High School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is employed by Watkins Associated Industries as an insurance accountant.

The wedding is planned for July 22 at First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville.

DuBose - Campbell

Dale and Ann DuBose of Duluth announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Marie DuBose, to Stephen Wayne Campbell, son of Steve and Ginnie Campbell of Tucker.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bill and Virginia Lee of Snellville and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Calvin DuBose. She is a 2004 graduate of Valdosta State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology. She is employed by Gwinnett Community Bank in Duluth.

The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bud Akers and the late Mr. and Mrs. Norm Campbell. He is a 1995 graduate of Tucker High School and attended West Georgia College. He is employed by Riverside Landscaping Company and is a personal trainer at Rock Hard Fitness in Tucker.

The wedding is planned for May 13 at Duluth First Baptist Church.
