BRASELTON - The town of Braselton received $100,000 for the second phase of its RiverWalk project.
The RiverWalk, on the Mulberry River, is more than five miles of paths. The second phase designs include the section of the river from New Liberty Church Road toward Ga. Highway 124 near Josh Pirkle Road. The plan was approved last week by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. It must undergo an environmental review, and the impact on endangered species, historic, archaeological and cultural resources must be studied.More like this story
