Interior work on the first two buildings is already under way.•When will construction end: N/A Other construction•A Swaminarayan Hindu Temple is being built at U.S. Highway 29 and Rockbridge Road.•A 1.2-acre strip center with a nearly 15,500-square-foot retail building is being built at Boggs Road and Duluth Highway.•Brookhaven, a 53-lot single-family subdivision is being built at Tree Lane and Webb Gin House Road.•Roddy Sturdivant Enterprises, a development grading and real estate services company, is building an operations facility on Alcovy Road at the intersection with Ewing Chapel Road.•Buford-T&B LLC is developing a single-family subdivision, 55 lots on 14 acres at Prospect Road and Old Peachtree Road.•SKA developers are carving out 154 single-family home lots on 27-acres on Plunketts Road next to the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center.•Century 21 is building a new Norcross office on Beaver Ruin Road, about a quarter-mile from Indian Trail Road and just across from the Georgia Department of Labor.•Menlo Creek apartment complex is being built at Satellite Boulevard and Beaver Ruin Road.More like this story
