Jerry Michael Sutton, 56, of Elberton, GA (formerly of Oakwood, GA) passed away at his home on June 15, 2006, from lung cancer. He was born in Cleveland, GA and was the son of the late William Elisha Sutton and the late Margaret Seagraves Sutton Landers. He was the former owner of Sutton Marine Service, Flowery Branch, GA and Beaverdam Marine Service, Elberton, GA. Jerry was an avid hunter fisherman and true lover of the outdoors. He served his country honorably as a Marine sergeant in Vietnam from 1969 to 1974. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Youngblood Sutton of Elberton, GA; son, Derek Powell Sutton of Marietta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, J. Matthew and Machelle Sutton, Baker, FL; Stepsons Wade and Kelley Payne, Buford, GA; Matthew Payne, Suwanee, GA; Step-Daughter, Melissa Payne Pratt, Hartwell, GA. Grandchildren include Kaitlyn Sutton, Baker, FL; Austin Carden, Baker, FL; Turner Pratt, Hartwell, GA; and Pierce Payne, Buford, GA. Brothers include W.L. and Jeanette Sutton, Mansfield, OH; Thomas and Brenda Sutton, Lula, GA; Rick and Barbara Sutton, Alto, GA. Sisters include Barbara and Dave Jordan, Woodstock, GA; Sandra and Arthur Parido, Winchester, KY. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Saturday, June 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Berry Funeral Home, Elberton, GA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 18th at 2:30 p.m. at his church home, Bethel E Baptist Church with the Rev. Harry "Barry" Barron and Rev. Ran Freer officiating. Winnie Nedralle Williams, age 85 of Loganville, GA passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M.
