Mr. Dan Chapman, age 54, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2006. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Chapman; brother, Dennis Chapman; and by his father-in-law, Rev. Ray Hewatt. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. William Alfred Craft, 87, died on June 9, 2006 in Lawrenceville. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Louise Craft; and nieces and nephews, Bill and Betty Atkinson, Patsy and Keith Price, Becky and Ken Burton, David and Kathy Craft, Lucy and Jerry Sims, Dianne and Rod Witmer, Duke and Mary Craft, and Dennis and Connie Craft. In addition to Eleanor "Toodie" Puckett, there are also several great-nieces and nephews. He was born October 13, 1918, in Gwinnett County and graduated from Lawrenceville High School and the University of Georgia. He served in the Army Air Force in World War II. He retired after working for many years for the State of Georgia in the vocational rehabilitation department. He was a member of Lawrenceville First Christian Church. The funeral will be at 1:30 Sunday afternoon at Wages and Sons in Lawrenceville with Rev. Hoyt Huff officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, June 10th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. Billy Foulke, age 18 of Snellville, GA died June 8, 2006. He is survived by his mother, Holly Foulke of Snellville; father and step mother, Bill and Gale Foulke of Lawrenceville; sister, Alexis Ann Foulke of Snellville; step sister, Kimberli Kramer; step brothers, Ryan Kramer, Matthew Kramer all of Lawrenceville; grandparents, Don and Barbara Broome of Cumming, Gloria Broome of Decatur, Jean and Don Foulke of Tinton Falls, New Jersey; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Billy was a 2006 graduate of South Gwinnett High School, where he was on the State Championship Swim Team and played baseball with the South Gwinnett Athletic Association. He was involved in the Stage Crafting with the Drama Club and was committed to the United States Marine Corps. He was to leave in August for Parris Island.
