•What: Brookhaven, a 53-lot single-family subdivision. It is being developed by Brookhaven LLC.

•When did construction start: The project got the go-ahead for groundbreaking in February

•When will construction end: N/A

Other construction

•Roddy Sturdivant Enterprises, a development grading and real estate services company, is building an operations facility on Alcovy Road at the intersection with Ewing Chapel Road.

•Buford-T&B LLC is developing a single-family subdivision, 55 lots on 14 acres at Prospect Road and Old Peachtree Road.

•SKA developers are carving out 154 single-family home lots on 27-acres on Plunketts Road next to the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center.

•Century 21 is building a new Norcross office on Beaver Ruin Road, about a quarter-mile from Indian Trail Road and just across from the Georgia Department of Labor.

•Menlo Creek apartment complex is being built at Satellite Boulevard and Beaver Ruin Road.
