•What: Developer Cornerstone Investment Group wants to create a 24 acre shopping center with several retailing buildings ranging from 54,000 square feet to 35,000 square feet.
•When did construction start: The site was given the green light for development on July 17, but land-clearing has not started.
•When will construction end: N/A
•Watkins Associated Developers has submitted initial plans for a 24-acre shopping center at Auburn Road and Fence Road, a few miles outside of Dacula.
•The former Methodist church on Main Street in Duluth is being dismantled so it can be moved to the other side of the cemetery. It's making room for a new Duluth city hall.
•Cross Creek Village, 90,000 square feet of offices and 32,000 square feet of retail on 13 acres, is being built at Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and Duluth Highway.
•Three Oaks Office Park is being built at Oakland Road and Cruse Road.
•A Swaminarayan Hindu Temple is being built at U.S. Highway 29 and Rockbridge Road.
