Wyolene Sims, age 65 of Lawrenceville, died Wednesday, July 19, 2006. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Grayson United Methodist Church. Rev. Dave Wood and Dr. Quentin Hand will officiate. Burial Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville. A member of Grayson United Methodist Church and an active member in her community home owners association, Mrs. Sims worked as an onsite accountant for electrical contractors during construction of the Georgia Dome. She is survived by: Husband: Dan Sims, Lawrenceville; Children: Brian D. & Michele Sims, Lawrenceville, John J. Grogan and Greg Norton, Norcross; Sister: Melba Donley, Albany; & Grandson: Connor D. Sims, Lawrenceville. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Grayson United Methodist Church Building Fund, 55 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, Georgia 30017. Family will receive friends from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Friday, July 22, 2006 at the Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045, 770-962-3100.
