n Where: Peachtree Parkway at the Forum outdoor shopping center in Peachtree Corners

•What: Trader Joe's, eclectic and economical grocery chain plans to build a 12,000-square-foot store in the Forum on Peachtree, an upscale outdoor mall on Peachtree Parkway.

•When did construction start: Fall 2005

•When will construction end: The company is famously mum about its intentions, but it appears Trader Joe's is planning to open Nov. 15.

Other construction

•Three Oaks Office Park is being built at Oakland Road and Cruse Road.

•A Swaminarayan Hindu Temple is being built at U.S. Highway 29 and Rockbridge Road.

•A 1.2-acre strip center with a nearly 15,500-square-foot retail building is being built at Boggs Road and Duluth Highway.

•Brookhaven, a 53-lot single-family subdivision, is being built at Tree Lane and Webb Gin House Road.

•Roddy Sturdivant Enterprises, a development grading and real estate services company, is building an operations facility on Alcovy Road at the intersection with Ewing Chapel Road.

•Buford-T&B LLC is developing a single-family subdivision, 55 lots on 14 acres at Prospect Road and Old Peachtree Road.

•SKA developers are carving out 154 single-family home lots on 27-acres on Plunketts Road next to the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center.

•Century 21 is building a new Norcross office on Beaver Ruin Road, about a quarter-mile from Indian Trail Road and just across from the Georgia Department of Labor.

•Menlo Creek apartment complex is being built at Satellite Boulevard and Beaver Ruin Road.
