March 27, 1937 - January 10, 2006 Jack B. Robertson, Sr., 68, of Dacula died Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at Peachtree Christian Hospice following an extended illness. A life long resident of Gwinnett County, for many years Mr. Robertson was a self employed carpenter and was formerly employed at Lake Lanier Islands. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran and was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Winnie Robertson. Surviving are: Wife: Kathleen C. Robertson of Dacula; Children: Teresa Dula of Gainesville, Jack B. “Robbie” Robertson, Jr. of Carnesville, Danny Robertson of Maysville, Alan Worley of Cumming; Sisters: Betty Phagan of Gainesville, June R. Zinskie of Buford; 5 Grandchildren; a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 13, 2006 at 5 o'clock at Bearden Funeral Home chapel. Rev. Phillip Burt will officiate. The family will receive friends after 11 am Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Peachtree Christian Hospice, 3430 Duluth Park Lane, Duluth, GA 30096. Bearden Funeral Home, Dawsonville, 706-265-3159.
