Albert William (A. W.) Jackson, 86, of Auburn, died February 15, 2006. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 18, 2006 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Duluth Chapel with Rev. Robert Ballard, Rev. Carl Leach, Jr. and Rev. Richard Cole officiating. Burial will be in Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville. Mr. Jackson was a native of Gwinnett County, a US Army Veteran of WWII, he was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Auburn. He worked at LB Foster Steel Co. for 20 years and retired from Coats and Clark as a warehouse supervisor, and he was a member of Auburn Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lucille Jackson of Auburn; Son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Liz Jackson of Auburn; Daughters and son-in-laws, Bessie and Jack Grice of Duluth, Mary Frances and Jerry Aikens of Auburn; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Elouise Mauldin, age 89 of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on February 14, 2006. She is survived by: Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Carole & Felix Martin, Lawrenceville, Cammie Jane & Frank Anderson, Lawrenceville; Daughter-in-Law: Donice Mauldin, Lawrenceville; Sister: Louise Wiley, Lawrenceville; Sisters-in-Law: Loyce Wages & Sara Wages, both of Lawrenceville; Brother-in-Law: Roy Walker, Lawrenceville; 9 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Nephews. Mrs. Mauldin, a life-long, active member of Bethesda United Methodist Church and the Bethesda Community retired after 40 years of service as a cafeteria manager of Gwinnett County Schools. She served at Bethesda Elementary School and for 26 years managed the Berkmar High School cafeteria. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleve H. Mauldin and Son, Hinton Mauldin. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 17 at 2:00 P.M. at Bethesda United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Bocian officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
