David L. Keen, age 44, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, entered the presence of his Lord Jesus Christ on February 7, 2006. David was born in Nashville, Tennessee on October 2, 1961. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kayla Brooke Keen. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Carol; their five awesome children, Amber, Sam, Hannah, Katie and Melanie; his parents, Robert Muriel and Mary G. Keen of Fort Myers, FL; his brothers and sisters, Debbie (and Bob) Sizer of West Palm Beach, FL, Rhonda (and Craig) Sparks of Kingston Springs, TN, Mike (and Celia) Keen of Malabar, FL, Mary K. Keen of Nashville, TN, and Patti Campbell of Fort Myers, FL; several nieces and nephews; his much loved in laws, George and Charlotte Brotherton (Mr. and Mrs. B) of Little Rock, AR; brother-in-law, Ron Brotherton of Rogers, AR and a large extended family. He will always be remembered as a devoted husband and father, loving friend, and steadfast servant of Christ. He was a member of Atlanta Church of Christ (Duluth Ministry) for 15 years and was active in Meet The Need Ministry and the church's teen ministry. He was employed by Classic City Beverages, Inc. in Athens. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Meet The Need Ministry, 3903 North Fork Court, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. There will be a Funeral Service at 11:00a.m. on Friday, February 10, 2006 with Rev. David Mathis and Rev. Sonny Sessions officiating at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Highway, Lawrenceville, 770-277-4550 with visitation one hour prior from 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m.
