Mrs. Doris Evelyn Clark, formerly of Decatur, died Sunday, December 10, 2006. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Decatur, where she had faithful attendance. Mrs. Clark retired from Lithonia Lighting after 30+ years of service. She was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother - a selfless individual who put other's needs ahead of her own. She is survived by her children, Patricia Truett of Jacksonville, FL, Linda Walden and her husband, Lamar of Lilburn, GA; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; sister, Monteen Coffey of Acworth, GA; brother, Clyde McAdams of Conyers; and many nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 12 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Rev. Jimmy Glaze will officiate. Interment will be at Macedonia Baptist Churchyard. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2 pm Tuesday at A.S. Turner & Sons, 404-292-1551.
