The bride is the daughter of Philip and Janet Brown of Tunkhannock, Penn. She is the granddaughter of Donald and Jean Brown of Tunkhannock and the late Thomas and Isabel Cleasby of Dallas, Penn. She is a graduate of Tunkhannock High School and a graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She received a bachelor's degree in secondary education and English. She is employed by UnumProvident as an employee benefit sales consultant.
The groom is the son of Frank and Francis Overdyke of Lilburn. He is the grandson of Emile and Cory Overdyke of Miami and William and Francis Pearson of Douglasville. He is a graduate of Brookwood High School and a graduate of Furman University. He is employed by Capstone Financial Partners/Mass Mutual as a financial planner/insurance specialist.
Karen Harmer served as the bride's maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Adrianne Riscavage, Corene Metzler and Nikki Giroaurd.
Frank Overdyke served as the groom's best man.
Groomsmen were Ryan Overdyke and Josh McWhorter.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana and now reside in Atlanta.

The couple now resides in Marietta.
