Linda Gunter Lord, age 64 of Buford, GA, passed away on August 17, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents, K.C. & Lelia (Cupie) Bowen, Sr. She is survived by: Husband: Phillip Lord, Suwanee; Daughters & Son-in-Law: Cindy Simonton, Dacula, Teresa & Kenny Owens, Sugar Hill; Sister: Sheila Dudley, Savannah; Brothers: K.C. Bowen, Jr., Lawrenceville, Mark Bowen, Charlotte, NC; Grandchildren: Starr Shuler, KC Shuler & Stephanie Owens. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 20, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. at Wages Lawrenceville Chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
