Letters to the Editor

Too much gay coverage in column I was reading the "Ask Amy" column in your paper today, and the lead letter was about a gay relationship. Having read many of her articles, I am put off by the amount of gay coverage in her column. The basic problem is that the huge majority of your readers have no interest in gay life.

I believe in freedom of the press, but I also believe that a paper should represent its constituency. A more mainstream columnist, such as Dear Abby, would be more appropriate for your paper.

Please give it some thought.
